These terms govern use of the Deep Garden platform during closed beta. Creating an account and accepting the current version means you agree to these rules.
Service
The platform provides cultivation tools, a scientific community, and optional features (including Copilot when enabled).
Beta features may change, pause, or be removed with reasonable notice for safe operation.
Account and organizations
You are responsible for credentials and activity under your account.
Organization cultivation data stays in the organization context; closing your personal account does not automatically delete organization series.
Community content
Public posts are social contributions and are not substitutes for licensed protocols or AKB documents.
You retain rights in content you publish, grant Deep Garden a license to host and display it according to the chosen audience, and must not publish unlawful content or infringe third-party rights.
Privacy
Personal-data processing follows the current Privacy Notice. Accepting these Terms includes the Notice version shown at acceptance.
Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Brazilian law, the service is provided “as is” during beta. Contact privacy@deepgarden.ai or support for account and data questions.
